Sapna provided a sumptuous buffet at a luncheon for members of the Civil Service at the Cabinet office, 70 Whitehall.

The event was held at the office of the Secretary of the cabinet, Sir Gus O‘Donnell , who also gave the keynote speech.

The team at Sapna had a difficult task at hand as there were no kitchen facilities available and there were certain restrictions in place as various ministers were in the board rooms nearby.

Sapna certainly managed to rise to the challenge and delivered fresh, hot food that was a delight for all. “This was a unique one“ said one of the sous chefs “its not everyday you can see the back garden at 10 Downing street and witness the changing of the guards while frying samosas“.
